I list homes for 4.5% – 2% to me and 2.5% to the buyer’s agent – and I never charge any additional fees. You’ll be hard-pressed to find another agent that offers the services I do for that amount. I pay for professional photography and include cutting-edge virtual reality tours with all my listings. I don’t do gimmicks and I don’t do games. I want you to interview other agents to make sure you’re getting the best service and the best deal possible.
